"The Key to Success Is Continuous Development": NetLS at the UKD seminar

On November 11, the King Danylo University held a scientific-practical seminar dedicated to innovation and resilience in software development. The event was attended by leading IT-industry experts, educators and students. NetLS was represented by its CEO, Liubomyr Ruchenchyn.

Participants discussed such topics as:

  • the impact of crises on the IT-business and strategies for overcoming challenges;
  • the role of artificial intelligence in software development;
  • financial strategies for IT-companies;
  • the use of cloud technologies in e-commerce.

Liubomyr shared valuable insights from his company, describing how NetLS managed not only to maintain business stability during challenging times, but also to achieve significant success.

According to the CEO, despite all the challenges faced by our country, Ukrainian outsourcing has demonstrated remarkable resilience. Companies have not only held their ground, but are actively finding new opportunities to grow. Liubomyr noted that after every crisis comes renewal, and this period opens new opportunities for Ukrainian outsourcing.

He also added: "The key to success is flexibility, adaptability, and continuous development. […] Our company is always ready to embrace change and is willing to invest in new technologies and talent."

It was a pleasure to exchange experiences with other IT-industry leaders and discuss current trends. At NetLS, we believe that collaboration between business and academia is essential for developing innovation.

Thank you to King Danylo University for organizing such an interesting and valuable event!
