NETLS certification of interns on successful completion of the BootCamp 2025

We are happy to share great news — the participants of our bootcamp have successfully completed their training! On April 22nd, an official certificate ceremony was held, where we celebrated their dedication and impressive progress over the past months.

In December 2025, NETLS launched its annual C# .NET Full-Stack Web Development Internship Program. The program brought together the best students from leading educational institutions in Ivano-Frankivsk. For four months, participants worked with modern technologies, including TOT (Tree of Thoughts) AI, ASP.NET Core Razor, Angular, ASP.NET Core API, MS SQL, and the front-end stack (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, Bootstrap), applying their knowledge to their own projects.

While learning design patterns and approaches to effective problem-solving as they developed their own applications, the interns used artificial intelligence assistants (Copilot, Claude, Gemini) and applied an approach based on the Zachman framework.

Each intern worked on a complex technical task. At the initial stage, participants learned the basics of backend development, working with databases and web interfaces, mastered the Visual Studio Code environment, and also learned how to formulate instructions for AI agents to effectively work with context.

Thanks to the implementation of modern development practices, expert support, and a well-structured training program, our interns gained solid theoretical knowledge and successfully applied it in practice. One of the key challenges was mastering the creation of UML diagrams in such a way that not a single line of code was written directly by the intern, but instead was generated by artificial intelligence agents based on clearly defined models and relationships between entities.

Interns have mastered modern global approaches to working with artificial intelligence agents, including:

  • developing instructions for agents to work with the AI LLM context;
  • creating instructions for managing the project development process;
  • defining code generation rules and coding standards for new features;
  • maintaining a history of operational instructions with analysis of how different AI agents from different vendors impact the development process.

During the internship, we conducted several assessment sessions with students aimed at gaining a deeper understanding of their soft skills. Interns participated in inspanidual interviews, specially designed interactive tests, and solved practical situational tasks. This gamified approach to assessment allows for a more accurate assessment of the strengths and weaknesses of candidates for work in an IT team, where the result depends on the contribution of each member.

After completing the IT training in web development, our graduates created their own web interfaces, gained valuable practical experience working with modern technologies, enriched their portfolios with real projects, and received certificates. For each of them, this was a step towards new career opportunities at NETLS.

In this case, the client needed to meet the rigorous needs of one of the largest mobile operators and internet providers in Ukraine (NDA). With a workforce of around 4,000 employees and over 27 million users nationwide, the project required careful planning at every implementation stage. To ensure superior development quality and product stability, the NetLS team designed a step-by-step test plan to coordinate testing efforts, reduce risks, and improve overall process efficiency.
