Bootcamp 2024 graduation and certificate awarding ceremony

We’re proud to present our bootcamp graduates! The certificate awarding event took place on March 31st to celebrate the successful completion of their intensive training journey.

In December 2024, NetLS launched its annual tech bootcamp with certificate – C# .NET Full-Stack website development internship to train top students from leading educational institutes. In total, the course lasted 4 months, covering fundamentals of .NET Core, Angular, Cosmos DB, Azure Functions, SharePoint, and other technologies crucial for real-world pet projects.

At the final stage of the IT coding bootcamp in Ivano Frankivsk, two dedicated development teams created two proof-of-concept ideas in one month: a solution for managing objects on a map for utility services and a system for analyzing messages from messaging channels.

These solutions were deployed in the cloud environments. Notably, the second project involved a startup development approach, demonstrating real-world readiness for further application. Overall, both concepts hold strong potential to grow into scalable startups.

Each project included a complex outline of technical specifications. So, firstly, the students were introduced to IT services development and studied the principles of working with databases, web interfaces, and cloud environments.

Moreover, a clear plan with defined stages (Discovery, Development, and Delivery with presentations of release versions), combined with expert guidance, helped organize and streamline the workflow during web development projects in the IT bootcamp. The interns started by defining functional requirements and developing the core concept. Then, they implemented and tested functionality. The final stage included deployment and final testing, with presentations of release versions to demonstrate the progress. The best development practices, expert mentors, and a well-structured training system helped our students learn and practice effectively.

Throughout the internship, we held several assessment sessions with our students to gain more insights into their soft skills. The interns took part in inspanidual interviews, specifically designed interactive tests, and engaging situational tasks. This gamified assessment approach is incredibly helpful when evaluating candidates’ strengths and weaknesses for working in an IT team, where success depends on every member.

Instructor’s Feedback – Constantine Ketskalo

“In general, I wouldn’t say that teaching is my passion or something I actively seek out in my work. But I’ve had experiences where I ended up teaching or simply helping classmates with their studies, both at university and in military school. And whenever I do take on a teaching role, I always try my best to help people truly understand the material. Usually, something good comes out of it — people actually learn something. And in the end, they often thank me, which feels good, both because of their gratitude and the fact that I was able to help someone and do something meaningful.

That’s exactly what happened this time as well. I did my best to support the guys during the full stack web development bootcamp with real projects. I could see that each of them had learned a lot and grown professionally. And in the end, they thanked me — not just formally during the certificate ceremony, when you kind of have to say something, but also personally. Some came up to me or wrote messages. So, thank you, guys, for your positivity and all the memes!”

At the end of the IT bootcamp with web development projects, our graduates created web interfaces, gained valuable hands-on experience working with modern technologies, received real cases for their portfolios, and earned certificates. All of them gained new career opportunities at NetLS and became actively involved in the company’s ongoing projects.
