Halloween is a popular holiday for Ukrainian IT companies: on October 31, monsters and zombies are resurrected in offices all over the country. Our company is not an exception. To ward off troubles and attract good luck into the office, we dressed frighteningly and had a good time on Halloween.
The Halloween celebration becomes an ordinary corporate party if you don’t organize a costume. The most exciting part started on the holiday morning in the office. The amazingly dressed guys and girls showed creativity, thoroughly prepared, and created bright costumes. Everyone came in a new image: classic vampires, witches, and characters from movies, books, and games. Even the company’s owner took a scary mask to feel like a real Halloween character. We guessed who was who, and, of course, we worked.
A proven traditional method of protection against evil spirits is to decorate the office: bats settled on the walls mіxed with colorful balloons with prints in Halloween theme. At the end of the working day, the participants had a party with pizza, homemade mulled wine, and a traditional Bloody Mary – the scariest cocktail in the world. We shared mystical stories, shocking each other half to death. And the celebration's highlight was the competition for the best original look and awarding of the winner. It all ended with an exciting Mafia game!
The festive atmosphere, laughter, and shared funny experiences become fantastic memories. We will save the feeling of the holiday, warmth, and community until next year.
