We'd like to share the good news! Our CEO, Lyubomyr Ruchenchyn, participated in the 7th International Scientific and Practical Symposium on “the Development Issues of Contemporary Humanities and Applied Science: Ukraine Post-War Reconstruction”. This event was organized by King Danylo University and brought together leading speakers from various fields, including Lyubomyr and two other representatives from the IT industry.
As the CEO of NetLS company, Lyubomyr delivered a presentation titled "Why a storm in a shallow pond toughens for a breeze in the ocean". He extensively discussed economic supercycles and their impact on different business fields, examined the state of the outsourcing market before the war, and highlighted potential opportunities and risks using sector rotation maps of the S&P 500. His analysis lead audience to analyze future development of the industry.
Our CEO also emphasized the importance of finding one's niche in the IT sector, he drew attention to technical expertise and motivation as key to success. He stressed that discovering a field that is not only interesting, but also inspiring is the basis of a successful career.
Guests also had the opportunity to participate in three discussion boards that covered the development of the IT market in times of war, new approaches to project activities and construction, and the field of social engineering. These discussion boards led to the exchange of ideas and collaborative solutions of crucial issues that arise in the industry during times of war.
